Join Us For Our Open House!

We are really excited for our upcoming open house! It will be held this coming Saturday, October 15th, from 11am to 6pm. If you have never seen our studio then this would be a perfect time to drop by and say hi and see what we are all about. Since we are located right next to the Beef ‘N’ Barrel, we get a lot of people looking in our display windows. If you are one of them, then this is the perfect opportunity to come inside and look around. We will be serving light refreshments and there will be prize drawings and session fee specials. The Fall Portrait Season Is Here

Autumn is our favorite time of the year at On Location Photography. There is nothing more beautiful than the changing colors of the leaves. Recently I read a blog where someone said “Fall can be savored, but not saved.” They must not own a camera? Just kidding. But the leaves are falling fast and time is running out. Wouldn’t you like to have your family photographed outdoors with the Fall foliage as your background?

Beef ‘n’ Barrel

The owner of the Beef-N-Barrel, Jim McAfee, asked us to photograph the outside of his restaurant. Jim has done an amazing job remodeling the outside of the Beef. It’s beautiful! I’ve eaten at the Beef (like everyone else in the area), for as long as I can remember. The food is great! My favorite is their “beef on weck” sandwich. They are located right next door to our studio, at 146 N Union St, in Olean, NY. www.beefnbarrel.com

90th Birthday Celebration

Last Sunday we had the pleasure of photographing June with her family on her 90th birthday. It was a large group of 34 people, and while photographing large groups can sometimes be a challenge, this was one of the easiest large groups we have photographed. June was very charming, the baby’s didn’t cry, the children were cooperative and it was a beautiful sunny day!
